Your first nutritional therapy consultation will be a detailed fact-finding meeting either face-to-face or online (in line with current government restrictions). This normally takes around 2 hours.
An individualized, realistic wellness plan will then be agreed with you in line with what you want to achieve. Recommendations are evidence-based and taken from the latest research into nutrition and health. Normally one or more follow up appointments are planned to provide you with support and help towards your goals. The plan and appointments can be adjusted as necessary throughout the process. I’m available via phone or email throughout the process to help keep you on track.
Genetic or functional testing may be explored where appropriate and dietary supplements may be recommended as a complement to food.
